E-CO Flex SealMatic
E-CO Flex SealMatic is an automatic, modern station for e-commerce that seals carton flaps with WAT eco-tape. It handles up to 20 boxes per minute, including various sizes of FEFCO201 cartons, from the smallest (18 x 15 x 8 cm) to the largest (102 x 72 x 40 cm).

How does it work?
The automatic packing station E-CO Flex SealMatic is installed at the end of the line.
The carton is folded by the operator, with the top and bottom flaps left unsealed. The operator places the product into the carton.
The carton is moved via a roller conveyor to the machine.
The machine closes the top and bottom flaps, seals them with WAT tape, and applies a shipping label.
SIOC Functionality
E-CO Flex SealMatic is equipped with SIOC (Ships In Own Container) functionality. Using intelligent sensors, the machine detects products packaged in their original final packaging. It identifies the box height and distinguishes between open and closed cartons. The machine then closes the flaps, applies WAT tape, and attaches the shipping label. If the machine detects an originally closed box, it skips flap sealing and only applies the shipping label, preparing the package for further transit.
